AZBlackhawk 122 Posted August 26, 2017 My team told me some size bites. I try to but sometimes I take a little bit bigger bites (still less than a quarter size). What size are your bites? How far out are you? I am two months out. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
Myaiku_Kuraitani 245 Posted August 27, 2017 I eat medium sized shrimp and scallops almost all the time. I just put the entire shrimp in my mouth, chew it well and then send it on it's way. I bite half of the scallop, chew it well then repeat. If I eat anything other than that, the bites are way smaller. I'd cut a tiny section off of it (Chicken, turkey or beef) then eat it. I always eat seafood at home and if I'm not home and if the place where I'm at don't have seafood I'll just eat those other meats. But not a lot. They're heavy on my pouch, hence why I only eat shrimp or Scallops. Those are the easiest to get down. I rarely eat fish. Don't like how it feels going down.----------------------------HW- 273Pre-op Wt- 230SW- 226CW- 172GW- 130Ht- 5'2.5"DOS- April 26th, 2017"Only those who try will become." ~FFX
