Books 29 Posted August 25, 2017 I struggle with the sourness as well so i put it in a blender with blueberries and srawberries blend it so its smooth that really helps i also sometimes melt the really good dark chocolate and blend that in as well then i spread it out on a tray and freeze it when its frozen i break it up into bits and put it into a container in the freezer and thats my treat after dinner yr getting the protien from the yoghurt and just a hint of chocolate 3 dvmp61, Belle3endosleeve and peanut2772 reacted to this
lessoflilo 34 Posted August 25, 2017 I'm not there yet but I've read that some people put sugar free syrop like the Torino or Da Vinci, I have coconut and dulce de leche and I plan on trying a little bit with my yogurt when I get there. Maybe you want to put some Protein Powder? I don't know I'm just brainstorming here lolGood luck!!! 2 dvmp61 and peanut2772 reacted to this

AZBlackhawk 122 Posted August 26, 2017 I have added protien powder. Also sugar free preserves or jelly. It's only like 10 cal for 0 sugar in a tbsp. Also, Oikos Triple Zero (black containers) are really good. They are flavored or vanilla but are amazing and not sour at all. 1 peanut2772 reacted to this
a new life 2 Posted August 26, 2017 Try adding sucralose (Splenda) and cinnamon to taste. Delicious! Are you familiar with EZ-Sweetz? It's liquid sucralose and mixes wonderfully with yogurt and everything else. It may seem kind of pricey for a small amount but a little of that stuff goes a really long way. I love it. 1 peanut2772 reacted to this

Callie60 24 Posted August 26, 2017 I buy it in 3 packs from Amazon for my coffee. One bottle lasts about a month. It really goes a long way.Sent from my SM-N920V using BariatricPal mobile app 1 a new life reacted to this
GassyGurl 428 Posted August 26, 2017 Ooh, another idea is Peanut Butter powder. Might make it taste a little grainy, but worth a shot. You might even be able to find a sample pack at Walmart to try. 1 a new life reacted to this
