expectopatronum 37 Posted November 21, 2017 Its your starting weight before surgery So the day you go under the knife or the day you start the pre-op diet plan? That was very different for me. Not trying to be dense, this just has me a little alarmed.Sent from my SM-G935T using BariatricPal mobile app

LaLaDee 519 Posted November 21, 2017 (edited) That chart is pretty accurate for me!! Was about 320 pounds on day of surgery and three months later, I was 268 pounds. Edited November 21, 2017 by LaLaDee
dreamynow 136 Posted November 22, 2017 Really accurate for me too. Started at 289 and exactly 3 mos later I’m 240! I’m really hoping I️ get to 200 by 6 mos ( as the chart reads) but I’m losing 10 pounds a month so that’s 30 not 40 pounds. I️ guess I’d take 210 anyway. At 5’8 I’d look pretty good at 210! Thanks for the chart. It’s a great visual.
dreamynow 136 Posted November 22, 2017 My co-worker across the room from me (it's not a big room) opened a Coke and I swear to Xenu, my head turned so fast towards him, I wonder if I gave myself whiplash. I haven't had soda since a couple weeks before the surgery... [emoji20] But hey, so far I've lost 40 pounds and I have roughly 136 more to go. [emoji4]I️ have no had Diet Coke in so long. I️ think I’m good through the winter but once summer comes I️ know I’ll want it! 1 LaLaDee reacted to this

Why would you want Diet Coke? It's not like we drink this stuff for its nutritional content. Why not try something like chocolate milk or Water? Either is more nutritional and tastes a HELL OF A LOT BETTER. Edited November 22, 2017 by Véronique 1 CaliforniaCandy reacted to this

I may take that along to my next doctor visit because according to that chart I am ahead of where I should be so it’s doubly encouraging. 2 Jeaniered and 46w4kds reacted to this

About 7 pounds difference. Keep the big picture in mind. 😊 1 lindabalseca reacted to this
