Definitely this. I loved the Premier chocolate ready to drink pre surgery and now I can't stand it.

I don't know if it's available everywhere but my local Walmart has sugar free, fat free Hershey's chocolate Syrup. If you like chocolate I'd try that. My powder isn't super gross but the syrup still makes it better.
