I am three weeks out of rny surgery. I have this muscle pain on my right side below my incisions

Smiles...if it's bad pain, your surgeon is the one to check in with. IF it's mild pain, could be something as simple as a pulled muscle. I pulled my ribs two weeks after surgery. No relation...sometimes life just happens. But if you're concerned and it's BIG PAIN, I'd call your doctor's office.
