I met with my nutritionist yesterday, and she said that they require patients to use the Bariatric Advantage shakes for the 10 day pre-op liquid diet. The shakes aren't fantastic so I added some 100% coco powder-no sugar- to the chocolate and a bit of organic maple syrup-non processed-otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it down. 5'7 HW: 256 SW: 248 CW: ?
