I'm not a variety kind of Person.

I'm 6 weeks out.

Would like to prepare some meals in advance . ready to go.

First food shop for normal diet And I'm abit stuck.

5. Rosemary garlic chicken
6. Sardine fritters
7. Mackerel cakes
8. Blackened tilapia

Eggs, cheese, yogurt, chicken salad, fairlife extra Protein milk, some Protein Shakes and bars for on the go....
that seems to be my shopping list A LOT
