How many ounces were you able to eat at 6 wks?

I can eat about 3-4 oz up to 6 depending on the food.

Right now I can eat half a hamburger patty with some cheese and a slice of bacon. Another meal is 2 slices of deli meat with a triangle of laughing cow cheese in a rollup situation. If I'm doing canned chicken with buffalo sauce, I can eat 3/4 of the can no problem.

3-4 ounces depending on the density of the food. I ate a packet of the Starkist tuna Creations and it was yummy. I think I ate about 2 ounces of steak and an ounce of a sweet potato. I'm at 8 weeks now and it's probably close to the same. I had the tuna tonight and didn't eat the whole 2.8 pouch - i had a few rice crackers with it.

My average calorie intake per day for the last month has been 700 calories.

When I went for my 6 week check up my surgeon said not to go over 1000 calories a day. But it can be different for anyone. Probably depending on your starting weight, etc. If cal the office and ask if you're unsure.

I just had my surgery last Monday, so I am not as far along as you, but I wonder where you get your recipe ideas from. Right now it all sounds so good to me!

@MrsG#1 it could be a number of things. Stalls are normal. Try drinking more Water. Flush out your system might help.

1000 CALORIES AT 4 WEEKS?? How ?? I have never seen that. Is this what your surgeon asked you to be on? If yes then wonderful, but I would love to know what you could be having to put you at 1000 already, sorry for my shock lol . i know all plans vary but if you are at 1000 cals at 4 weeks what will you be on at 3 months?
