elisa_rose 122 Posted August 19, 2017 I had my surgery 8 months ago.. every once in a while I have severe stomach ache. For about 45 min to an hour.. It feels like someone is squeezing my stomach. I think it's gas but I don't know.. anyone experience this? If you have what do you do? It's terrible..

momislosingit84 59 Posted August 25, 2017 I guess I'm the only one:( I've had it happen a time or two as well and I'm 9 months post op. VSG 11/21/16. From what I can tell it's just gas. Doesn't happen very often though. And hasn't in a long time. follow me on Instagram @sleevedsummer 1 elisa_rose reacted to this

Brandeis 401 Posted September 6, 2017 Try walking after you eat. Doesn't have to be a lot, but a few laps around the room. I used to get something like this, and I found that a little bit of walking loosened everything up and made it settle! 2 FluffyChix and GassyGurl reacted to this
TooneyNinosMom 50 Posted September 6, 2017 Granted I'm only a couple months out but I get this a lot. I know it's gas because after I have to go to the restroom. After I relieve myself I feel so much better.
