crocodoxie 223 Posted August 19, 2017 Sip fluids, move/walk as much as you can (sometimes I'd simply pace after eating/drinking to get a few extra steps in), and focus on Protein. I found that taking a small bit every fifteen minutes made it easier to keep track of. I set a timer, and it made it so much easier to not "think" about it, but just react when the timer went off.
