Hi all, those on the liquid stage , I would not be worried yet, you are still healing, when moving onto protein/solids you really will feel full, liquids I can have 4 ounces. meat 1 or 2 ounces. Some foods allow you to eat more.

i was starving alot at first, tummy noices everything but it is part of the healing process, it does settle.
