Well, I have a date...0ct 26. Doing the liq diet and very hungry. How did the rest of you get through it?

Well, I have a date...0ct 26. Doing the liq diet and very hungry. How did the rest of you get through it?

I recorded all TV so I could fast-forward through commercials.

I emptied my pockets, house, car and wallet of cash, because cash got spent on food.

I did not go shopping for anything.

I chewed a truckload of Trident.

When I did my liquid diet I put chocolate Slim Fast in the freezer & used a can opener to take off the bottom & I ate it. I found that eating it tricked me & I found that I got full. Plus after a while it started to remind me of eating ice cream. If I just drank the slim fast, I was starving after.

I also drank a lot of chicken broth. I also found that it would fill me up.

Stay away from people while they are eating!!!! Don't watch the T.V. commericials (cuz they will drive you crazy!!!) The 1st day or 2 were hard, but then I was fine.
