Headaches

I will be 7 weeks from Sleeve tomorrow. I have started having horrible headaches. Is this part of having sleeve? Scared to take any meds what could be causing this

Dehydration can cause severe headaches. I got dehydrated even though I was drinking plenty of Water because my sodium intake got too low. The water was passing through and not going into my blood/tissues. Check your micronutrients on your food journaling to see if all your electrolytes from food and Vitamins meet daily values. Sodium isn't in vitamins because so much is added to processed foods. However all the foods I was eating were low in sodium. I was only hitting about 45% of my RDA.

I've taken Tylenol gel caps and its helped my headaches.
