Jeaniered 183 Posted August 13, 2017 Hi, I had sleeve 5 days ago and felt that I was doing great, but once the hospital drugs wore off and I went home the pain in my left side has got so bad that I dread walking. How long should I expect it to last? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

hmills653 365 Posted August 13, 2017 Is it gas pain? Is it new from what you were having in the hospital? Off course you want to walk but this early out they don't expect anything major, I was told to walk around the house every hour then as I felt better get out and walk around the block and build it up as you feel better. Jeaniered 183 Posted August 13, 2017 Spoke to my nurse who said it is normal and all is ok and it's the wound in my stomach plus the stitches that are giving me the pain.
