Anyone living near Clarksville? I'm new to the wls community. My plan is to have VSG. My current weight is 286.5 lbs and my goal is 125-130lbs. I've started a high Protein low carb diet. But I don't know if it's working. Looking to find a group support and new friends who know what I'm going through and can understand how I feel.
