James Marusek 5,244 Posted August 12, 2017 After my RNY gastric bypass surgery, I found that softer foods such as chili and Soups went down much easier than harder foods such as steak and chicken, so that is what I concentrated on. I have included some recipes at the end of the following article. http://www.breadandbutterscience.com/Surgery.pdf 3 pzzytat, reffinsarb and Kearner reacted to this

jess9395 5,449 Posted August 12, 2017 cheese. Nuts. Jerky. Ostrim meat sticks. No sugar added Greek yogurt. Cottage cheese. Laughing cow cheese. Cold cuts, rolled up with cheese/cream cheese (some times I put cilantro or green onion or pickle in the middle, sometimes I grill) tuna salad, celery stuffed with peanut butter/cream cheese, turkey pepperoni, string cheese, hard boiled eggs, laughing cow cheese. Can you tell I like cheese? 4 pzzytat, Artistyc1, rachelraechelwhobdat and 1 other reacted to this

crocodoxie 223 Posted August 14, 2017 Great list, thanks. Going to jot these down as a reminder for later in my journey. BWT, jess, I smiled when you mentioned Ragner on another thread. I have friends that have done those. Very cool! I know how hard-core that can be. 1 jess9395 reacted to this
