Stomach growls

Hey I work at a place that is quiet. Do I need to be concerned about my stomach growling loudly?

Unfortunately yes, but for me it's only after I'm done eating. So I try to go for a walk after lunch as to not surprise anyone with my noisy sleeve. Usually stops after 10-15 minutes. I'm almost 3 months post op.

How far out? I have not noticed it yet. Keep fluids up , and snacks/meals on scedual , maybe that might help ? I noticed growling feeling the first few weeks , i am only 7 weeks out so do not know what to expect past this point.
