TashMash25 15 Posted August 12, 2017 Hello everyone, My name is Tash, 24 yo and I live in Australia. I'm in the process of having gastric bypass at the end of the year. It's taken two years to finally save up for it. I'm super looking forward to the journey, change of lifestyle. It's great to have this forum to support each other. It is so encouraging to hear that[emoji4] do you mind me asking your stats? I'll be having the mini gastric bypass as that is what my Surgeon recommends. I was concerned about the weight loss in comparison to the general gastric bypass (as I have a LOT of weight to lose to get to my goal weight) but I am aware the results are similar. Are there any particular challenges you face after being almost two years post op? Sent from my SM-G935F using BariatricPal mobile app
