biancan2ckyw 0 Posted August 10, 2017 I have a question about how others are making sure that they are meeting the requirements for Protein intake. How are you doing this? I eat so little and am starting to get worried about how I can make sure I get enough protein daily. Just an FYI, I take medications for mental health that make me not hungry at all, so that also cut down on the amount of food I intake.
Merciless3 6 Posted August 10, 2017 I was worried too. Its more important to eat 3x a day and focus on fluids, and Vitamin intake. Ill eat yogurt or eggs since I'm only 4 weeks out, and feel great. The Protein intake will increase, its important to protect your pouch right now.Sent from my VS995 using BariatricPal mobile app

I'm four years (almost) post-op and I've read different forums on here and I'm still worried....
