onmyway11 43 Posted August 9, 2017 I'm almost 7 months out from sleeve surgery and feel great. I can eat a good deal and not much seems to upset my stomach. I have a question for you MFP users. What exactly do you track? Right now I feel like if I eat over 800 calories I don't lose (I can eat way more than that but I don't and it's a struggle!). I also track my Protein at 70 grams I don't track my carbs or anythng else really just shoot for 800/70. Wondering what everyone else is doing???Band to sleeve revision surgery 1/16/17HW: 283CW: 190GW:
SandraD_PDX 78 Posted August 9, 2017 I have a Fitbit to track my steps and I use a Withings (now Nokia) Healthmate scale to weigh myself - both devices will input to MFP, so I track my steps, my weight and my nutrition. I count carbs to make sure I'm not eating too many.

Pam_2-06-2017 375 Posted August 10, 2017 I try to stay under 50 carbs a day. Some say 25 is a good number. Lately I've been loving fruit so it has been hard for me to stay under 25. My goal is always 60-100g Protein and 25-50 carbs. Definitely when I stay closer to 25 I lose faster but man fruit has been so good to me lately:-)
