Thanks for the encouragement, I think that groups like this give us a knowledge even though everyone's experience is different we can find what works and share it with others that may be considering this type of lifestyle change. As I get older I realize that I needed more then just dieting. My biggest problem is Portion Control and that is one reason why this will help me because there is a built-in limit for food intake.
We are one day closer to a new life.[emoji3]

Hi Amanda, my name is Kendra, I'm also having the vertical sleeve. My surgery date Aug 25. I'm having my surgery at University of Florida Health Shands in Gainesville, Fl . I start my 2 week diet tomorrow . Good luck on your journey as well .
