Iconcinnity 209 Posted August 9, 2017 I met with my team yesterday and they are very happy with my progess. I'm down 64 lbs. At 8 weeks. Doc said I'm at 35% when most of his patients are at 20% after 8 weeks. His words "you're crushing this"! Its motivating to know I'm doing everything I can to get and keep these results. A few recent NSV's = running 22 min straight, bending over to tie my shoe, glowing skin and overall wellness. To those just starting, its a long journey but will be worth it. Those in the thick of it, keep going. And those who continue to maintain - keep inspiring!
