VinylAnt 13 Posted August 7, 2017 I just had surgery on the first and was wondering how much receive I should be doing? Don't want to over do it but also want to help myself out with the proper cardio.Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

Feeling super weak I try to walk around as much as I can. My incision really hurts when I do to much. I'm at day 5. I would say if your gonna walk limit your other activities during the day . You wanna be able to heal and not feel sick! You got the right idea moving around though!Kaja
dgal 3 Posted August 23, 2017 I FINALLY got back home yesterday after 8/4 surgery. Went for a 25 min walk today and felt so faint that I almost passed out. Hoping to get stronger. Feeling super weak I felt super week up until about a week and a half after my surgery. The key is to take lots of breaks and walk for shorter intervals more times a day. 1 kajameetsworld22 reacted to this
voluminousdoofus 5 Posted August 24, 2017 I'm on day three, and I'm sticking to about 1k steps inside the house, with lots of places to sit down and lots of breaks. I'm finding it's helping a lot with the gas pain.

It helped with the gas pains and energy. But do what you can handle. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
