tpasun 55 Posted August 6, 2017 Hi all! About 1 year post op, HW 396, CW 282. For the last few weeks I've been having some nausea that's lasting all day or even several days. After eating anything I feel some pressure a bit above my belly button, but the nausea and feeling of hunger doesn't change. The discomfort with eating has been getting worse so today I decided to stick with bland liquid stuff, chicken broth with some very tender chicken. I was starting to feel a little better. Then I had a couple small bites of the chicken, after doing well with broth, nausea got worse and the pain came back. Am also burping and having much more gas than usual. A few days ago I had some SUPER severe pain in the same spot but shooting to my back. Went to the ER and heart stuff looks ok. Dr Ilan did my procedure. Any ideas what might be going on? Starting to get a little worried.
Missy161 395 Posted August 6, 2017 Gall bladder Did the er check your gall bladder? Pain radiating from front to back is often related to the gall bladder. It's usually under the ribs though.I get left shoulder pain which is very common after vsg.
