GrrlAnn 177 Posted August 4, 2017 I joined my local Burn Bootcamp and I LOVE IT!!! I've been going 5 days a week every week for a year now. We NEVER do the same workout. You work your whole body - cardio, weights, etc and everything can be modified to for your fitness level. I also love that it's women only! JKC2016 82 Posted August 4, 2017 I'm loving the progressive workouts in Jillian Michaels' 90-Day Body Revolution. I'm on day 50 today and loving my level of fitness and muscle definition. The 35 min per day in my own living room is working perfectly for me. If you weren't very active, I recommend starting with her 30 Day Shred first to get ready. And use her modifications and go at your own pace. Try eBay for better prices. 2 linah and rico31286 reacted to this

sheliss 44 Posted August 9, 2017 For me, It's Zumba. I have to do a class, so there is an instructor there and I stay for the full time. If i do home videos, walking, or just the machines at a gym, I get bored after about 20 minutes and quit. With Zumba, the time flies by, and before I know it, I've done 50-60 minutes of exercise and burned 600-800 calories. Love it!! 3 rico31286, njgal and linah reacted to this
