This evening and one day last week I discovered one of my first nsv's (well besides having to buy all new clothes) I was driving my truck and dropped something on the floor and without even thinking about it was able to reach down and pick it up[emoji16] previously I would Have had to stop the truck take off my seatbelt and shimmied around to reach it. Small (pun intended) but momentous victory almost 70lbs down

The small things people take for granted are nice to be able to do. I've lost a total of 63lbs from my highest. I've been lucky to only have to buy new jeans. I mostly wear dresses and they are very forgiving when losing weight.
