6 weeks post op and struggling

Today I'm six weeks postop and was able to meet with my surgeon for a check up but I was told that he would like me to be under 200 pounds by my next six week check up. I'm concerned that I'm actually not losing a lot of weight and I'm barely losing 1 to 2 pounds a week. Does anybody have any ideas on meal plans and/or work out tips that I can work on so I can boost my weight lost?

How many calories are you taking in per day? Carbs? Protein? How much Water do you drink each day? Do you track everything you eat and drink? What do you do for exercise each day?
