I can understand the emotions and comparisons, but 250lbs is still an independent person that can take care of themselves, not yelling from a bed for thier family to bring them more food and needing full time caregiving. Don't freak out, I am not lacking in compassion. It is painful to watch the emotional and physical struggles that go with being 600 pounds, but 250 is not 650. And is no one else offended by this casting call? I picture producers in a room plotting were they can find obese people. Ah ha! Bariatric pal!
