DaleCruse 756 Posted August 3, 2017 Talk to your surgical team asap. I hope you feel better soon. Good luck!
Berry78 4,261 Posted August 3, 2017 Unbearable pain absolutely needs to be reported. If you are laying there, unable to move, sweating, screaming.. any of that, go to the ER. Let us know what you find out!
southernbellair79 52 Posted August 3, 2017 I would agree give your doctor a call. There should/could be some discomfort but sever/serious pain is not what is expected
southernbellair79 52 Posted August 3, 2017 Also how long ago was your surgery? You may have an infection or abscess.
Pauliegroup 26 Posted August 7, 2017 Hi, everyone. My stitch pain went away in 24 hours. Unfortunately, it was replaced by an Abstice that resulted in fever and some nasty drainage. Been in the hospital since Thursday. Hope to be home Wednesday. Thanks.

Pauliegroup 26 Posted August 13, 2017 My pain was unrelated to my infection. As long as you don't have a fever, you most likely don't have an infection.
