kewi 0 Posted October 12, 2007 I had my surgery about year ago and have lost 50+ pounds and have almost that much more to go. I've sailed through with slow, steady, nearly effortless weight loss. But for the past few weeks I can hardly eat anything. It's like my stomach closes and any little bite gets stuck and comes up. Very uncomfortable. My last fill was about 5 months ago and went well. This didn't start until a few weeks ago. I've been under more that the usual amount of stress at work. Has anyone had stress related issues with their band? Could this be an explanation? Marimaru 7 Posted October 12, 2007 Yes, stress can definitely be an explanation. I actually got an unfill back during one VERY stressful time in my life. And just a few weeks ago I was thinking I should get a fill, and then this last week with moving from one state to another I've gotten totally locked up like you are describing. Daisalana 33 Posted October 12, 2007 I was wondering if it works like that too. I've heard it can, but I don't know how to gauge it personally. It's rush season at work (until after Christmas), and I'm always running around like a chicken with its head cut off!! There's so many issues during our rush season, we all live stressed.. a lot of people blame their smoke and/or alcohol addictions on our jobs lol. I am extremely tight since my revision surgery, but the past 2 days have been the worst. Nothing goes down until after dinner (and I'm home). Could just be coincidental.. could be supposed TOM (I take B/C back to back as not to have a real TOM).. maybe stress? Wish I knew.. I'm going to get a little unfill and I'd hate for this to just be something passing.
