3 Weeks Out and Frustrated

I was sleeved on July 10th and lost 28 pounds in the first couple weeks. I am now on a soft foods diet and doing everything as I should be, but my weight seems to fluctuate between 2 and three pounds. Has anyone else experienced this this early on? Am I worrying too much?

Relax, take a break from the scale, follow the plan. ☺ It took longer than a few weeks to put the weight on.

I went through the exact same thing. First week post op I lost 29 pounds and I was so excited and happy about it, I kept doing everything right and my second week was something around 5 or 6 pounds I think, I was so frustrated, I even told my doctor, he said it's normal, that there will be weeks that you will loose many pounds and other weeks that will seem like you don't see results, but keep doing everything your doctor tells you and you'll keep loosing those pounds.
I used to go on the scale daily, if you're doing that I'll recommend you to change that to once every week or once every ten days, it will keep your mind free and calm and things will be a little easier, or at least it worked that way for me

Do a search for week 3 stall. Is notoriously common.
