bossportsgal 136 Posted August 1, 2017 So I had a small soft serve vanilla in a cup and now have the worse stomach pain. Feel nauseous. Never having ice cream again. Sleeves 1/11/

MeltsIntoWonder 125 Posted August 1, 2017 Strangely, I can eat a little ice cream and feel fine, but frozen yogurt (even the SF kind) makes me sick. Just goes to show that there is no one size fits all way to eat after WLS.

BeautifulDisaster1991 2 Posted August 1, 2017 Glad to know I'm not the only one. I had a few bites of soft serve about a week ago and ended up with the Worst stomach pains and cold sweats that lasted for about 30 minutes. I felt like I was dying. The best alternative for ice cream I have found is HALO top pints. So good, low in sugar and higher in Protein. Safe to say I will stay away from soft serve from now on! Sullie06 1,013 Posted August 1, 2017 I tend to stick to frozen yogurt. We have a local shop that does all diabetic and bariatric friendly frozen yogurts and that's my spot during the summer months. I can eat regular ice cream but I usually avoid it.
