KDBgo4happy 5 Posted July 30, 2017 I bought a Bariatric Complete chewable Vitamin to get all my needed supplements in one. The problem is, it tastes HORRIBLE! They are bitter and sour. Are there any bariatric complete chewable vitamins that actually taste good? They are expensive, and I would like to avoid buying a bunch of different ones to find one I like, if possible. Introversion 1,876 Posted July 31, 2017 I use a Centrum complete over-the-counter Multivitamin. A 3-month supply costs less than $12 at Walmart or Target, and my nutritional lab work always comes back perfect. Those of us with sleeves really have no need for expensive bariatric Vitamins because our weight loss surgical procedure doesn't result in malabsorption. KDBgo4happy 5 Posted July 31, 2017 Is it chewable? I was told I could take Flintstones along with extra Vitamin D and B12. But I wanted an all-in-oneSent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using BariatricPal mobile app 1 northstar9148 reacted to this
northstar9148 82 Posted August 3, 2017 I think your supposed to take some Vitamins apart from each other. I know Calcium needs to be taken separately and Iron as well?Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app
