Introversion 1,876 Posted July 31, 2017 I am 27 months (2 years & 3 months) out. I was sleeved in April 2015 and have been maintaining my goal weight since September 2016. So far I've been pleased with my sleeve. 2 ProudGrammy and Tth1974 reacted to this

Tth1974 3 Posted July 31, 2017 This is awesome!! You all are inspiration for me! I need to lose more weight! I have been staying around the same weight for about 2 1/2 years now, like proudgrammy said I do fluctuate about 5 up and 5 down. I did cave in and get a prescription for Contrave a couple of days ago😔 I pray it helps me! I am new to this site and I am loving it! 2 Introversion and ProudGrammy reacted to this

Jacket52204 35 Posted July 31, 2017 So question for all you veterans, I'm 9 months out from surgery, at goal weight, feel amazing but I'm noticing some old habits starting to creep back up. In particular I'm having a lot of head hunger, cravings and urges to snack. How do you stop yourself from doing that! I need tips and tricks to stay on track!
