shanelvsg 1 Posted July 30, 2017 (edited) I wouldn't be surprised if this thread already exists somewhere, but I am having trouble finding it! l am going in for my VSG on August 8th. I thought it would be a good idea to pick the brains of some of the veterans out there! I feel like this thread would also come in handy for other future sleevers! List all of the different foods you ate during your liquid stage post-op (full or clear). Lets come together to create a master list of awesome ideas to eat during this stage of the process so we can learn from each other! PLEASE HELP!!!Sent from my LG-H901 using BariatricPal mobile appIt was a must that I purchase whey Protein and I was able to find it in vanilla. ClareBear1 43 Posted August 13, 2017 I've been having trader Joe's roasted red pepper and Tomato Soup, thinned with fair life milk. I also like Syntrax Nectar. Cream of mushroom Soup with chunks strained out. I've got another week of full liquids.
