KateBruin 344 Posted August 12, 2017 I do a HIIT workout called Training Mate. It's similar to OTF. Basically 27 minutes of working my ass off + 9 minutes of abs. I can't even go super crazy because I probably have this disease called bronchiolitis obliterans where I hardly tolerate cardio, so I modify. I lost 35 lbs in 3 months and that was before changing my diet. Plus, I see muscle and feel good. Still fat but good [emoji23]

GotProlactinoma 458 Posted September 24, 2017 Jillian Michaels app. The beginner workouts are only 30 mins. And each exercise is only 20 seconds. You rate the difficulty at the end and how you rate it determines how hard the next one will be. I'm almost to the end of the beginner. I am so proud of myself. I hated exercise and now I feel SO MUCH BETTER when I do. She is different every day and you can do it on your iPad or phone anywhere, using your own music in the background.
