Half-Tum 404 Posted July 27, 2017 Just got home. Spent three nights at hospital. Gotta tell ya, it sucks. No sugar coating. Whoever it was who told me to get a suppression sleeve for my stomach thank you. It's the biggest help. 4 FluffyChix, hmills653, Jerrilyn and 1 other reacted to this

It feels like your guts are falling out because you lose a little strength in your stomach wall...this helps tremendously. 1 JoyandLight reacted to this

Couldn't understand your post Sure, I'm happy the most painful part is over, no regrets, I knew what I was getting into, it just sucks for about two days. And I'm sure I' ll be happier and happier as I heal and the pain goes away and the weight drops. Just saying, it's no walk in the park. Or no picnic. Basically it's no picnic in the park that you walked to. It's kinda like, someone knocked your ass out, stabbed you six times in the gut and you woke up in the hospital unable to eat anything or sleep at all. 12 momof2littleones, itstime4me123, FluffyChix and 9 others reacted to this

OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted July 27, 2017 Did you have complications? Why were you in the hospital 3 days? Or is that standard policy where you have surgery. I spent about 26 hours at the hospital. 1 Half-Tum reacted to this
Joann454 1,329 Posted July 27, 2017 If you leave AMA isn't that technically not being discharged? Why'd you walk out? Hope you're ok 1 Half-Tum reacted to this

I didn't feel that bad at all. I never took a pain pill once I left the hospital. My worst pain was gas and a little nausea the first day. I don't want you to get super scared and back out. 1 Half-Tum reacted to this
