Hello, I'm 5 days post op (recovering well)...I'm trying to figure out different ways to get Protein in. I have the Premier Protein Waters and Protein20...Anyone know of any concentrated powders to add to Water to make fruity drinks. Similar to fruit Drink Concentrate? Thanks!!

I buy cran grape, pink lemonade, and wildberry passion powders. You can buy them from the Bariatric Pal Store, Amazon, and other places online.
I love the hot cocoa in the cold weather.

Yes Im still on liquid stage & was only asking about concentrates for liquids. I have since found Syntrax Nectar.
