Carrie1122 139 Posted July 28, 2017 The first month oh geez, I think it was around 15 lbs. look for my posts I posted my my inches lost. I think the title is weight vs. inches. 6 months out from surgery I went from a size 18w pant to a 14 junior or 12/14 woman's pant size. Most 14's don't fit. In 3m period I lost 30 lbs. so basically I am averaging a 10 pound weight loss a month. It's slowed down now, and I have been stagnate but I am loosing inches. 2 SugarSkull and Sheralyn2017 reacted to this
Carrie1122 139 Posted July 28, 2017 I also had to get my wedding ring resized. It was getting to the point where I though it would just fall off. I was a solid 7 and now it's a 5 3/4. It's getting loose again but dealing with it until it almost falls off again and then I will get it resized again. The money you spend after surgery is crazy. Get to know your goodwill stores. 1 Sheralyn2017 reacted to this
OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted July 28, 2017 (edited) @Sheralyn2017 I have it in my signature, but the first month I lost 20/21 pounds something like that. The next month I lost a lot was month 4 but most months I lost in the 10 pound range. That includes lots of stalls. I had a period every 2 weeks for over a year and that made me stall out every month all the time. So I would stall/gain, then drop 10 pounds. It was not an every day or every week loss but it added up over the long term. I'm really looking forward to starting my journey..2 weeks to go xx
Carrie1122 139 Posted July 29, 2017 Don't rush the eating part it's an adjustment. And don't get frustrated at the 3 week mark. We all go through it. It's your body adjusting so weight loss is going to be stagnate.
Carrie1122 139 Posted July 29, 2017 You have to really listen to your body during the first few months. Everyone's full trigger is different my stomach and upper chest hurt when I was full. Now it's just right at the start of the rib cage.
