dennisdj 25 Posted July 26, 2017 Got excited to eat purée foods for the first time and over did it on a meal. Dumping is no joke and I will not be experiencing that again. Throwing up and this feeling of food going up in down was very painful and lasting for about an hour. 1 akaet reacted to this

blondie66 271 Posted July 27, 2017 Remember to eat slow and do not drink anything with meals that can cause dumping in early stages. Just take it slow and try smaller portion in a few days and make sure sugar content per serving is below 20 grams. 1 dennisdj reacted to this

dennisdj 25 Posted July 30, 2017 What did you eat to make you dump? I'm so afraid of this. Almost afraid to admit it because it was wrong lol. I was putting up the food and kids ate tacos. So I took a couple a spoon fills of ground taco meat real quick. Dr said it was not the meat that cause it, it was because I ate it to fast. Worst feeling ever. CalgaryWoman 24 Posted July 30, 2017 I had a bit of a taco salad....so apparently taco seasoning is our commonality......that being said today I had two M&M and triggered it again....FML...so apparently tacos are out for a while and sweets are a no!
