Today I had 3 almonds, and they really helped with my nausea. I'm 1 month and 1 week out and they didn't bother me. My guide doesn't say anything about nuts and I'm on regular foods. What's your thoughts. I would love some pistachios

I snack on ten almonds at a time and for me it's a meal. I have no issue with any food so far, and nothing is hard to eat if I take small bites and chew thoroughly.

Nuts were one of the last things permitted on my plan (I think at 7 or 8 weeks out). I found cashews to be the easiest, since they are soft and skinless. Smooth Peanut Butter blended into a smoothie is easy at 4-6 weeks.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
