Carissamarie92 1 Posted July 24, 2017 So I'm six months post op I'm down 112lbs!! And I'm having some sex troubles that hopefully someone can help me out with! My fiancé and I have been together 7 years in march and we've always had a great sex life. Ever since surgery and losing all this weight I'm understandably horny all the time, but here's the issue, I can't seem to stay wet or even get wet sometimes. I've never had this issue before. Anyone know why or what I can do about it? Please help!! 1 Kierajay reacted to this
Monkeyfulbrighter 73 Posted July 24, 2017 There's always classic ky or lube, keep it in bedroom nightstand and see how that works. 3 Katilady, Carissamarie92 and akaet reacted to this
Ldyvenus 317 Posted July 24, 2017 Get a silicone based lube. They are awesome! Never sticky or Gummy. Our go to is the Wet Platinum, but the last time I was at Walmart they had the other brand. 1 Carissamarie92 reacted to this
GotProlactinoma 458 Posted July 24, 2017 Our nut has told us that fat cells contain a lot of estrogen. I believe lol, that you have lost a lot of fat cells! Maybe your hormones aren't keeping up. I'm sure they will balance back in time, unless you are premenopausal, and either way, those suggested lubes will help you for now. 2 Carissamarie92 and mlands reacted to this

The hormonal levels will stabilize but in the mean time try the KY Liquidbeads. 3 Iona, Carissamarie92 and akaet reacted to this

southerncharmgal 14 Posted July 27, 2017 So I have a question. How long post op did you wait to have sex?
AZBlackhawk 122 Posted July 27, 2017 I waited 10 days. It was fine. I have to use lubricant anyhow because I had my ovaries out 5 years ago and am on hormone replacement.

As I'm wearing my post-op stockings I'm feeling a bit kinky. 3 toofatnopants, Ldyvenus and Joann454 reacted to this
WBLIVIN11 2 Posted July 27, 2017 I concur to purchase Wet Platnium..the one that contains silicone. It totally took care of my dryness issues.Sent from my SM-N920V using BariatricPal mobile app
BigTink2LilTink 723 Posted July 27, 2017 Careful with some of the lubricants you try and use. Some use silicone base as the lubes lubrication, and while that might last longer than Water base lubes, it can cause irritation issues. If you're prone to getting yeast infections or you or your partner are allergic to silicone then avoid using these, and instead use the water base lubes. The only down side to them is that they don't have a long lasting affects like the silicon ones do, so If you don't produce natural lubrication, then you'll be reapplying water based lubricants more frequently than their silicone counterparts. Good luck and happy jack rabbit humpings to you.Sent from my SM-N920P using BariatricPal mobile app
