PandaPo 1 Posted July 23, 2017 So I was cleared to drink anything pourable, and decided to have some Broccoli & Cheddar Soup, with no chunks. This was a big mistake. First I did eat a little more that I should (but not that much), but about 20 mins afterwards I was regretting it. Hoped I could walk it off, so walked for about 45 min. No relief. Figured I would try a nap, 1 1/2 hours later no better. This all started about 4pm yesterday. I had a horrible night, I would wake up about every 2 hours be bloated and nauseous. I didn't start to feel better until 2-3 this morning. Trying to figure we're I went wrong? Wrong type of food (bad choice)? Wrong Time, e.g. Too early from surgery? And many of us end up lactose intolerant. Wait it to try it again. Measure it out( our fat heads tell us we need more than we can handle)
