I am happy to say that I am scheduled for my bariatric sleeve op on 8/2 at MBC. I spoke with Joe (my coordinator). He said that I could either pay the 5000 before I left for the airport or email a picture of a cashiers check made out to MBC or a picture of the cash. Then when I arrived the day before I could pay the hospital. I guess I'm worried about getting scammed and showing up a the Dan Diego airport stranded.

How will/did you make payment for your op? I just don't want to be screwed. I know I sound silly.
