I know we are supposed to get our Protein in first, then veggies and fruits, then carbs, but I'm wondering how many of you get a chance to eat a nice veggie salad with protein added. YeaMe 246 Posted July 21, 2017 5 months out and have just started eating my Protein on a bed of spinach with a few carrots and sunflower seeds. I still measure everything out to equal 3.5 ounces.
