Can some of you tell me how much the total bill was on your surgery. I want to hear feed back from you all not a doctors office.

My surgeon was $12,000.00
The psychiatrist visit was $100.00 out of pocket.
The nutritionist visit was $150.00 out of pocket.
Seven monthly doctor's visits to my GP were $20.00 each = $140.00 out of pocket.
The hospital bill, including the anesthesiologist was $78.000.00 and change.
A few hundred for bloodwork out of pocket.
So... around $91,00.00 total.
My portion was $885.00 if I recall correctly, after insurance (May, 2017).
Just FYI, my monthly Vitamin bill is around $45.00 for multi-vitamins, Calcium, B-vitamins, and Biotin, Vitamin D, and Vitamin C.
Other than Protein Powder or drinks at first, Vitamins will be a necessary, ongoing cost.

Mine was 34,000 anesthesia was 1,000... my insurance covered it all. I pay for my medication after surgery that's all.
