Hi friends!
I am also getting surgery on 7/28. Yay, we should follow each other's progress since we'll be on the same timeline.
I'm starting liquid diet tomorrow and definitely not looking forward to it.
I hope it gets easier for you! Like PrayingForWeightLoss I am worried about starting this on the weekend. Will have to think of ways to occupy my mind.

I am the 28th too! I hope the weekend went well for you. Last weekend was rough for me too. I spent the whole day thinking about food. I made sure I stayed really active this weekend. I made it all about me.... mani pedi and a 2 hour massage. Got my nails a lovey shade of blue that should match my hospital gown [emoji2]

Hi all.. my op is tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone here cheated on their pre-op diet?
I took a couple of bites of my sister's fish burger yday and another bite of my husband's burger. Now i feel so bad and worried [emoji30]
I did lose about 5 kg for the past week, mostly prob Water weight.

Overall it was a success: 5 lbs lost, minimal headache/discomfort, and slept a lot. I event went to my nephew's birthday party and watched my whole family eat pizza right next to me. That was........ torture. But I stayed strong.

All the best for your op! Im 2 days post op and getting discharged this evening. They had to keep reminding me to drink more Water and walk more. Looking forward to a speedy recovery!

I totally love this idea! Im on Aug 3rd tho. (Close enough). Knowing someone else is going through the same thing as i am gives me relief. You are about to have your surgery tomorrow (if the dates are correct). Are you scared? I know I'm a bit afraid and I'm 5 days away.
