PandaPo 1 Posted July 18, 2017 Well today I got my lapband, and thought it would be good to have some support, advice, and learn from the knowledge of those that precede me. The pre-surgery diet wasn't bad and I lost 13 lbs. Concerned about getting my Proteins in, especially the first few days.
