Well today I got my lapband, and thought it would be good to have some support, advice, and learn from the knowledge of those that precede me. The pre-surgery diet wasn't bad and I lost 13 lbs. Concerned about getting my Proteins in, especially the first few days. Also, would love any advice for a beginner?

Be patient; drink lots of fluids; let your body recover from surgery. Good Luck~
