Hi all, I'm 9 months post op and at the Hair loss stage. It's actually much worse than I thought it would be given the fact that I have fine hair to begin with. My greys need to be touched up pretty badly, so my question is -- will dying my roots make it much worse? (It's so bad I'm looking at wigs online lol). Thank you!!

Try using Henna. It will tint your hair and it will thicken it. Well make the individual strands seem thicker.

Please don't use Henna yourself, let a professional do it. I used it in my 30s and results were disastrous. I lost hair from 5 months for 1 1/2 years. I too have fine thin hair. I stopped coloring my hair, took Worthless Biotin for four years, used expensive hair products. NOthing worked but a nice pretty $160 wig from a wig shop. I learned the hard way, you MUST try them on. I bought about four online and they don't fit and I never could wear them. Good luck, this too shall pass.

Here is what finally worked for my hair loss... I drank one or two cups of bamboo tea every day ( ordered from Amazon) that helped a lot. Bamboo is high in silica which helps hair skin and nails. I also drank a serving of marine collagen in my Water every day. I used a brand called Vida Glow. It was on the expensive side, but it only took about two months. My hair is now back to its original state.
