Supplement hair vitamins

Hey everyone! I'm hoping to receive my actual surgery date sometime next week but my surgeon says it should be in mid August. Being that I'm still in the pre-op phase, I've been wondering about Vitamins for hair. I've watched so many YouTube videos on people that experienced Hair loss as a side effect. Even though this doesn't happen for everyone, I would like to be proactive. Does anyone have suggestions for a good brand of hair vitamins to start beforehand JUST IN CASE??

You can take hair Vitamins but Hair loss post op is not Vitamin related and vitamins aren't going to stop your hair from shedding if it is going to shed. All vitamins can do is help your hair grow back faster.
